All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The papers will be chosen for final presentation based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. Authors of accepted papers must give oral presentation of their paper(s) at the conference. The presented papers will be published in conference proceedings, whereas extended versions of selected papers will be published in SCI-E/Scopus/ESCI indexed journals. All papers must be formatted and at least one author of accepted papers must register to the conference as presenter in order to appear in the conference proceedings or selected journal. The papers will be selected for extension on rolling-bases.

  • All submissions must be prepared at the highest level of quality.
  • Full papers should consist of a minimum of 8 pages (single coloumn), including sources, graphics and figures.
  • A speaker can present a maximum of 3 papers. An author's name can be included on maximum 5 papers.
  • All papers must be written in English and prepared in compliance with the paper formatting template.
  • If the acceptance letter you receive as a result of the evaluation is only for extended paper, your paper will be considered for journal publication only.
  • The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal.
